Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work at Clement Says Studio. My goal is to keep everything simple, fair, and transparent for both sides.
1. Clarity Sessions
Clarity Sessions are paid upfront to secure your time slot. Because preparation begins before the session, the following rules apply:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session: eligible for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: non‑refundable.
- No‑shows: non‑refundable.
If you need to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to find a new time that works for both of us.
2. Offer Packaging & Project Work
Project‑based work (such as offer packaging, pitch development, or brand story work) is billed upfront or in agreed phases.
- Once work has begun, payments are non‑refundable.
- Rescheduling or adjusting timelines is possible with reasonable notice.
- All deliverables will be completed as agreed.
This ensures fairness and protects the time and work invested on both sides.
3. Deal Facilitation (Commission Model)
Commission applies only when a deal is successfully closed through my involvement. Because commission is tied to real outcomes, the following applies:
- Commission invoices are non‑refundable.
- Commission is due once the client receives payment from the third party.
- Commission does not apply to deals you source independently.
This model ensures you only pay when value is created.
4. Digital Deliverables
All digital deliverables (clarity summaries, offer sheets, pitch messages, brand stories, action plans, etc.) are non‑refundable once delivered.
- Revisions may be included depending on the service.
- Additional revisions can be added at an agreed rate.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If something unexpected happens (illness, emergency, etc.), please reach out. I believe in fairness and will always aim for a reasonable solution.
